How do I have a single post, and only let my closest friends view it?or
How do I keep people from commenting on some posts?or even
How do I make a linklist / poll / whatever visible to a select few?and the answer is - you can't.

- Make a separate blog, with permissions that suit your need.
- Put the restricted content into the second blog.
- Include or link the second blog to your current blog.
